Heavy fighting heard near Tripoli journalist hotel (Reuters)

TRIPOLI (Reuters) – Heavy fighting could be heard on Tuesday near the hotel housing foreign journalists in the Libyan capital Tripoli, a Reuters witness said.

Heavy artillery fire had been heard since the morning in the vicinity of the Rixos hotel.
